Aubergine Chips
1 Large Aubergine
1 Teaspoon Sea
Salt
½ Teaspoon Coriander
¼ Teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper (optional)
You can choose
any spice you like really
Instructions
Preheat oven
to 100 degrees C.
Slice the Aubergine in thin slices and as uniformly as possible. Use a very sharp knife to get these
uniformly thin.
Remove once
crisp and golden brown.
Store in a jar or airtight container.
